Bang Bang chicken is crispy, flavorful, and coated in a creamy, spicy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Coat each tender in the flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry tenders until golden brown.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
  6. Toss fried tenders in the sauce.
  7. Serve immediately.

  • Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
