Spicy and flavorful chicken skewers with a creamy bang bang sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken cubes onto skewers.
- Brush skewers with vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Brush skewers with sauce before serving.
Notes
- Soak skewers to prevent burning.
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Serve with extra sauce for dipping.
