Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread chicken cubes onto skewers.
  3. Brush skewers with vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  6. Brush skewers with sauce before serving.
