- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion for toppings
- Additional BBQ sauce for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indent in the center of each patty.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes or until they reach your desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place the burger buns on the grill to toast them lightly.
- Remove the burgers and buns from the grill. Assemble your burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, and additional BBQ sauce if desired.
