  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and onion for toppings
  • Additional BBQ sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indent in the center of each patty.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, place the burger buns on the grill to toast them lightly.
  6. Remove the burgers and buns from the grill. Assemble your burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, and additional BBQ sauce if desired.
