Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
