Deliciously marinated BBQ chicken breast that’s juicy and full of flavor. Perfect for grilling or baking.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade.
- Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
