  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, BBQ sauce, corn, black beans, bell pepper, red onion, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
