Tender and flavorful BBQ chicken made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, onion, chicken broth, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix with the sauce before serving.
Notes
- Serve with buns or over rice.
- Can add other spices as desired.
