Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce. Mix until the chicken is well-coated.
