- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce in a bowl.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brush with olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half with cheese.
- Add a layer of BBQ chicken and red onions.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Slice and serve warm.
