- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.
- Place the wings on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the wings are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- During the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush the wings with barbecue sauce, turning to coat evenly.
- Remove the wings from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
