Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a layer of ranch dressing if using.
  3. Add a portion of the BBQ chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla.
  4. Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, and red onion.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
