- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a layer of ranch dressing if using.
- Add a portion of the BBQ chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla.
- Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, and red onion.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
