Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together honey and melted butter (if using).
- Brush the pineapple rings with the honey mixture on both sides.
- Place the pineapple rings on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the pineapple is tender.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.
