Description
Tender pulled chicken smothered in BBQ sauce served on soft sliders with a crunchy coleslaw topping.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite variety)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider rolls
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup coleslaw dressing
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine chicken, BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
- Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix it with the BBQ sauce.
- In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix and coleslaw dressing. Mix well.
- To assemble sliders, place a generous amount of pulled chicken on the bottom half of each slider roll.
- Top with coleslaw and place the top half of the roll on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your BBQ pulled chicken sliders!
