Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 300°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Rub the olive oil over both sides of the ribs, then season generously with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill bone-side down and cook for about 2 hours, turning occasionally, until tender.
  5. Brush the BBQ sauce over the ribs during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  6. If desired, add apple cider vinegar to the remaining BBQ sauce for extra flavor.
  7. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
