- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 300°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Rub the olive oil over both sides of the ribs, then season generously with the spice mixture.
- Place the ribs on the grill bone-side down and cook for about 2 hours, turning occasionally, until tender.
- Brush the BBQ sauce over the ribs during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- If desired, add apple cider vinegar to the remaining BBQ sauce for extra flavor.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
