Ingredients

- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups corn on the cob, grilled
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the grilled corn, butter, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve coleslaw chilled and grilled corn warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Feel free to add other veggies to the coleslaw for extra crunch.
- You can substitute fresh corn with canned or frozen if necessary.
