Ingredients

  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups corn on the cob, grilled
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the grilled corn, butter, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve coleslaw chilled and grilled corn warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other veggies to the coleslaw for extra crunch.
  • You can substitute fresh corn with canned or frozen if necessary.
