Description

This BBQ steak recipe features a juicy, tender cut of beef marinated in a flavorful mix of spices and grilled to perfection. Perfect for summer cookouts or any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks (1 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, paprika, and onion powder.
  2. Place the ribeye steaks in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the steaks. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the steaks from the marinade and let them come to room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  5. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  6. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
