- 2 ribeye steaks (1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, paprika, and onion powder.
- Place the ribeye steaks in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the steaks. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the steaks from the marinade and let them come to room temperature for about 15 minutes.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
