Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs, BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
  3. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
