- 2 lbs of chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs, BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
- Place the marinated chicken thighs on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
