Description
A simple and flavorful beef and broccoli stir-fry that’s quick to make and packed with protein.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and brown sugar. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over high heat. Add beef and cook until browned, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and beef broth. Cover and cook for 3 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Return beef to the pan and stir-fry for another minute.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and serve hot.
Notes
- Slice beef thinly for faster cooking.
- Adjust soy sauce if you prefer less salt.
- For extra spice, add red pepper flakes.
