- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package (20 oz) cheese tortellini
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef.
- Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix cooked tortellini with the beef sauce and transfer to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
