Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and beef broth. Stir.
  5. Add broccoli and cook until tender.
  6. Toss in cooked noodles. Mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot.
