Description

A hearty and flavorful dish combining tender beef and rotini pasta in a rich garlic parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Add cooked beef and pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
