- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 1 zucchini, sliced into thick rounds
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Skewers (metal or soaked wooden)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the beef cubes and vegetables to the marinade. Toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between beef and veggies.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding your favorite herbs or spices to the marinade.
- These skewers can also be cooked in the oven under a broiler if a grill is not available.
