Description
A quick and healthy beef and veggie stir fry served with jasmine rice. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Return beef to the pan. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and add to the pan. Stir until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over cooked jasmine rice.
Notes
- Slice beef thinly for quicker cooking.
- Use any vegetables you have on hand.
- Adjust sauce to taste.
