Description

A hearty beef burger wrap filled with juicy beef patty and creamy macaroni and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 beef patty (150g)
  • 1 large tortilla wrap
  • 1 cup cooked macaroni
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef patty in a pan until well done.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter, add milk and cheddar cheese to make macaroni and cheese.
  3. Stir cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce.
  4. Warm the tortilla wrap slightly.
  5. Spread ketchup and mustard on the wrap.
  6. Place the beef patty in the center.
  7. Add macaroni and cheese on top.
  8. Sprinkle lettuce and tomatoes.
  9. Roll the wrap tightly and serve.

  • Use whole wheat wrap for a healthier option.
  • Add jalapenos for extra spice.
