Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add bell peppers and cook until tender.
- Stir in ground beef, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until beef is browned and fully cooked.
- Divide beef mixture among meal prep containers.
- Add cooked rice to each container.
- Cool down before storing in the fridge.
