- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the beef ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the ribs in a baking dish.
- Pour the beef broth over the ribs.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 3 hours.
- Remove the foil and brush barbecue sauce over the ribs.
- Broil for an additional 10 minutes for a caramelized finish.
