- 2 cups beef broth

Instructions
- Season the beef roast with salt and pepper.
- Place the roast in the crockpot.
- Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion, carrots, and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is tender.
- Remove the roast, slice, and serve with vegetables.
