  • 8 large cabbage leaves
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Mix well.
  3. Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until pliable. Drain and cool.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each cabbage leaf. Roll tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the filling.
  5. Arrange the cabbage rolls seam-side down in a baking dish.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix together tomato sauce, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the cabbage rolls.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45-50 minutes, until the beef is cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
