- 500g beef sirloin, cubed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 100g butter, melted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 kg potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 50ml milk
- 2 tbsp sour cream
Instructions
- Marinate beef cubes with minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated beef onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to your preference.
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain potatoes and mash with milk and sour cream until smooth.
- Serve beef skewers hot with mashed potatoes on the side.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like parsley or thyme to the mashed potatoes.
