Ingredients

  • 500g beef sirloin, cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 kg potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 50ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sour cream

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef cubes with minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Thread the marinated beef onto skewers.
  3. Grill the skewers on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to your preference.
  4. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
  5. Drain potatoes and mash with milk and sour cream until smooth.
  6. Serve beef skewers hot with mashed potatoes on the side.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
