Ingredients

- 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 large potatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan and brown beef strips over high heat. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add mushrooms and cook until browned.
- Stir in mustard, paprika, and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Return beef to the pan and stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in another pan and fry potato cubes until golden and crispy.
- Serve beef stroganoff topped with crispy potato cubes.

- Use tender cuts of beef for best results.
- Adjust sour cream quantity for desired creaminess.
