- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash until smooth.
- In a skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Mix cooked beef mixture with mashed potatoes, cheese, and parsley until combined.
- On a floured surface, roll out dough into thin circles. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each circle.
- Fold the edges over to seal and shape into rolls.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Brush with beaten egg for a shiny finish.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
