Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin tips, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef tips and brown on all sides. Remove from skillet.
  3. Add onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  4. Return beef to skillet. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water. Stir into skillet.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  7. Simmer for 20 minutes until gravy thickens.
  8. Serve hot.
