Description
Tender beef tips simmered in rich gravy, perfect over mashed potatoes or rice.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin tips, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef tips and brown on all sides. Remove from skillet.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
- Return beef to skillet. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water. Stir into skillet.
- Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Simmer for 20 minutes until gravy thickens.
- Serve hot.

- Cut beef into uniform pieces for even cooking.
- Use low-sodium broth if watching salt intake.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
