Ingredients

- 1 lb beef tips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef tips and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Return beef to the skillet and add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes until beef is tender.
- If desired, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the sauce to thicken.
- Serve hot over rice or mashed potatoes.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate beef tips in Worcestershire sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Use low-sodium beef broth if watching salt intake.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
