- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir to combine.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto each egg roll wrapper. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly. Seal the edges with water.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
- You can bake the egg rolls at 400°F for 15-20 minutes for a healthier option.
- Serve with additional ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
- These can be made ahead and reheated in the oven.
