  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
