Ingredients

- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine tuna, red onion, celery, parsley, olives, and capers.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard.
- Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and toss gently.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
