Instructions
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a second shallow dish, beat the eggs.
- In a third shallow dish, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Dip the chicken into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded chicken pieces in batches.
- Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
- For a healthier option, bake the nuggets at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
