- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.
- Add diced jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetables.
Notes
- You can adjust the amount of jalapenos to your spice preference.
- For a smoky flavor, add some diced Beef Bacon.
- This dip can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
