Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 12 mini Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugars, oil, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Alternately add dry ingredients and milk to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
  5. Fill cupcake liners halfway and press a mini Oreo into each.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
