Mini Oreo chocolate cupcakes that are cute, easy to make, and full of flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 12 mini Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini cupcake pan with liners.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix sugars, oil, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Alternately add dry ingredients and milk to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
- Fill cupcake liners halfway and press a mini Oreo into each.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Top with whipped cream or frosting if desired.
