- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup mayonnaise

- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 2 boiled eggs, chopped

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then cool and peel.
