- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pound chicken to an even thickness.
- Mix feta, spinach, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Roll the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
