  • 14.5 oz 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup 1 cup black beans
  • 1 packet 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add diced tomatoes, corn, black beans, and taco seasoning on top of the chicken.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients well.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir back into the mixture.
  6. If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt before serving.
