Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 lobster tails
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. While the steaks are grilling, prepare the lobster tails by cutting them in half lengthwise.
  5. Brush the lobster meat with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic.
  6. Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Remove steaks and lobster from the grill.
  8. Let steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve together.
