- 6 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- Toast the pecans in a dry pan for 3-5 minutes.
- Combine greens, cranberries, pecans, and feta in a large bowl.
- Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.
