- 1 cup beer
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine beer, olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, black pepper, salt, and chopped rosemary.
- Mix well until honey is dissolved.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully submerged.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill or bake chicken thighs until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side on the grill or 25-30 minutes in the oven, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
