Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix crushed Biscoff cookies and melted butter, press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each.
  5. Swirl in Biscoff cookie butter and caramel sauce.
  6. Pour batter over crust.
  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
  8. Cool completely before serving.
