A creamy cheesecake with Biscoff cookie butter and caramel swirls.
Ingredients

- 2 cups crushed Biscoff cookies
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix crushed Biscoff cookies and melted butter, press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each.
- Swirl in Biscoff cookie butter and caramel sauce.
- Pour batter over crust.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temperature cream cheese for smoother mixing.
- Chill cheesecake for at least 4 hours before slicing.
