- 1 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate, melted
- Extra Biscoff cookie crumbs for coating
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Biscoff cookies, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, dip each truffle into melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Immediately coat the truffles with extra Biscoff cookie crumbs before the chocolate sets.
- Return the truffles to the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use milk chocolate or dark chocolate instead of white chocolate.
- Make sure to keep the truffles refrigerated until ready to serve.
