- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 2 cups milk

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In the same skillet, whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add milk, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until thickened.
- Cut biscuits into quarters and place them in a greased casserole dish.
- Pour the sausage gravy over the biscuits.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted.
