  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Stir in mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add black pepper, soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Mix well.

  7. If desired, thicken the sauce with cornstarch dissolved in water.
