Instructions

- Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
- Pour batter onto the griddle in small rounds.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until bubbles form, then flip.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
