- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the griddle and cook for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Add mixed vegetables and soy sauce to the griddle.
- Stir and cook for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.

- Feel free to substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu.
- Add your favorite spices for extra flavor.
